Welcome to REAAL HOUSE. By creating an account, placing an order, or using this site in any way, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Who we are

REAAL HOUSE ("Reaal House", "the desk", "we", "us") is an independent football platform based in Nigeria. You can reach us at cfcreaalsupport@gmail.com.

REAAL HOUSE is not owned, operated, endorsed by, or affiliated with any football club, league, or player. Club names, crests, and marks, whether referenced in conversation or shown on merchandise sold here, remain the property of their respective owners.

2. Eligibility and your account

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, buy from the store, or enter prize-bearing predictions and polls.
• You can sign in with Google. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in secure and for everything done through your account.
• Give accurate information. Display names must be unique and must not impersonate another person or club.
• One person, one account. We may suspend or remove accounts that are duplicated, shared, or used to abuse the platform.

3. What the platform offers

Reaal House provides football news, free-to-play predictions and polls, a store selling football kits, jerseys, boots, and merchandise (including customizable jerseys), and optional membership tiers such as Elite. Features may change, be added, or be withdrawn at any time.

4. Reaal Coin

Reaal Coin is store credit, purchased in Nigerian naira via Paystack. It may be spent only on kits and merch. It is not legal tender and is not redeemable for cash. Reaal Coin cannot be converted into Reaal Stake and cannot be used to enter predictions or polls.

Coin purchases are final once credited to your wallet, except where the law requires otherwise or where we credited coins in error. We may correct wallet balances that result from a technical fault or a failed, reversed, or disputed payment.

5. Reaal Stake

Reaal Stake is a play currency. It cannot be purchased by users. It is earned through daily login, reading, sharing, referrals, and sponsor content, or gifted by the desk. It is used only to enter free-to-play predictions and polls. Stake is not refunded whether an entry wins or loses.

Stake has no cash value, cannot be sold or exchanged for money, and cannot be transferred between users. Because Stake cannot be bought, prize-bearing prediction and poll entry involves no real-money consideration from the member.

We may adjust, reset, or remove Stake from accounts that were credited through abuse, fraud, automation, or technical error.

6. Predictions, polls, and prizes

• Predictions and polls are free to enter with earned or gifted Stake. No purchase is necessary to take part.
• Results are settled by the desk using official match results and our own published rules for each game. The desk's decision on a result is final.
• Prizes are assigned by the desk and announced through your in-platform messages inbox. You are responsible for keeping your contact and delivery details current so we can reach you.
• We may ask winners to verify their identity before a prize is released. Prizes that cannot be delivered, or that are unclaimed after a reasonable period, may be withdrawn.
• Winners are responsible for any taxes that apply to a prize they receive.
• Cheating, multiple accounts, automation, or any attempt to manipulate results disqualifies entries and may lead to account removal.

7. Store orders

• Prices and payment. Prices are in Nigerian naira (NGN). Paystack processes naira payments. Display currencies other than NGN are for illustration only and the amount charged is the NGN amount shown at checkout. We never see or store your full card details.
• Order review. Placing an order is an offer to buy. An order is accepted once we confirm it. We may cancel and refund an order in cases such as a pricing error, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud.
• Unpaid orders. Orders that are not paid for are automatically expired after 24 hours.
• Tracking. You can follow your orders under My Orders and on the order tracking page.
• Delivery. Delivery times shown are estimates, not guarantees. Delays caused by couriers, customs, or events outside our control are not a breach of these Terms. Please make sure your delivery address and phone number are correct.
• Authentic products. Kits, boots, and other merchandise sold on Reaal House are sourced through authorized channels. We do not sell replicas or counterfeit goods.
• Customized jerseys. Items personalized with a name or number are made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective or not as ordered.

8. Returns and refunds

Contact us at cfcreaalsupport@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery if an item is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, and include your order code and clear photos. Where a return is approved, we will replace the item or refund you, at our choice unless the law says otherwise. Refunds for paid orders are made to the original payment method, or to your Reaal Coin wallet if you agree. Items must be unused and in their original condition unless they are faulty.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable Nigerian consumer protection law.

9. Elite membership

Elite is a paid membership for the period shown when you buy it. Its benefits end when that period ends, and we enforce expiry automatically. Membership does not renew unless this was clearly stated at purchase. Membership fees are not refundable once the membership has started, except where the law requires otherwise.

10. Comments and your content

You may post comments and other content. You keep ownership of what you post, and you give Reaal House a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display it on the platform. You are responsible for what you post. You must not post anything that is unlawful, hateful, abusive, threatening, sexually explicit, misleading, or that infringes someone else's rights, and you must not post spam or advertising. We may remove content and suspend accounts at our discretion.

11. Acceptable use

You agree not to attack, scrape, overload, reverse-engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform, other users' accounts, or our payment systems; not to use bots or scripts to earn Stake or enter games; and not to use the site for fraud or any unlawful purpose.

12. Intellectual property

The Reaal House name, "RH" monogram, design, and original content are ours or our licensors'. You may not copy or reuse them without permission. Third-party club names, crests, and marks are the property of their owners and appear only to identify news subjects and the products we sell. Nothing here gives you any right to use them.

13. Sponsors and third-party services

Sponsor content is labelled as such. We use third-party services including Paystack (payments), Google (sign-in), and cloud hosting and storage providers. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to their services, and we are not responsible for them.

14. Account deletion and data

Account deletion hides the profile from the public site. The desk retains a copy for fraud and dispute review unless an administrator separately purges it. Any unspent Reaal Coin is forfeited when an account is deleted unless the law requires otherwise. How we handle your personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

15. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account, withhold Stake, prizes, or wallet balances connected to abuse or fraud, and refuse service where you breach these Terms or the law. You may stop using the platform and delete your account at any time.

16. Disclaimers and limits of liability

News, predictions, and results are provided for information and entertainment and are provided "as is". We work to keep the platform available and accurate but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent the law allows, Reaal House is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by events beyond our reasonable control, and our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows the latest version. If you keep using the platform after an update, you accept the updated Terms.

18. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any complaint informally. If we cannot, the courts of competent jurisdiction in Nigeria will hear the dispute.
